How many points do we credit after a purchase?
After every purchase, we credit your loyalty points account with 5% of your purchase value. Collected points can be redeemed in one or more installments.
How many loyalty points can I use at once?
You can use up to 20% of the order value!
Loyalty points cannot be used when redeeming a voucher.
What is the value of my loyalty points?
1 loyalty point is equivalent to €0.05. You can use your loyalty points for up to 180 days.
How can I find out how many loyalty points I have?
Log in and check your available points on your profile page under the "Discounts" section!
How can I redeem them?
During the purchase process, you can decide whether to use your current loyalty points balance when choosing shipping and payment methods!
If I shop in-store, can I still earn loyalty points?
You will only earn loyalty points after placing an order through our online shop. Order from home, choose personal pickup, and we will credit your loyalty points!
Terms and Conditions:
- Loyalty points can only be used by registered users.
- Loyalty points are earned only through purchases made in the online shop at Lovesexshop.de and can only be used online.
- Points are valid once completed orders are accepted.
- Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Collected points cannot be transferred to another person.
- No points are awarded for canceled or uncollected orders.
- Shipping costs do not count towards points calculation.
- No loyalty points are awarded for promotional products.
- Loyalty points cannot be used simultaneously with another voucher!
