Advantages:
It starts with a lot of conversation and gets more "serious" turns around. There are so many cards and tasks, you could play with it for a long time until you get bored.
Disadvantages:
An hourglass would help in the game. 90 minutes is not enough for the game at all... Have the evening free before you start.
